Computers

"Information Technology and business are becoming inextricably interwoven. I don’t think anybody can talk meaningfully about one without talking about the other"
-Bill Gates
Computers and Information Technology have become as integral as Languages in today’s school education system.
Computers as a subject deals with the use of the powerful technology tool in our day to day lives, while at the same time presenting itself as a tool which is fascinating and intellectually challenging.
The primary students learn to use this tool effectively as it offers them the opportunity to learn the working of the digital system that pervades their world.
The practicality of the subject offers the students a wide array where innovation, creativity and resourcefulness can be effectively tapped and applied.
Programming skills learnt in the middle school empower the students to take charge of computers and creates a sort of self awareness of one’s logical and conceptual power.
We aim at making our students understand the digital world that surrounds them and keeps them abreast with the latest IT trends.
Including FOSS in the computer curriculum is testimony to this fact.
The computer skills learnt also spill over to other subjects as it helps the students to prepare various kinds of presentations, projects or simply searching any matter on the net.
